June 21st marks the day for the 2014 Kenai Peninsula 4-H Summer Solstice Festival! The festival is one of Soldotna, Alaska’s most exciting summer events, and you wont wanna miss out. It’s guaranteed fun for all ages! The Festival will have Live Music from local artists/musicians throughout the event. The Alaska String Band will be taking the stage as well as others. This year has been promised to be even bigger and better than the last! Admission for event is completely FREE!! There will be a $5-$10 parking fee.  Kenai River Festival is almost here! Come to Centennial Park in Soldotna for free, family fun for everyone! The Homer Youth String Orchestra Club and the Central Peninsula Community Orchestra are combining for a Spring Concert under the direction of Tammy Vollom-Matturro on Sunday, May 4th at the Alaska Islands & Ocean Visitor Center in Homer.
